CHARACTERISTICS
The aim of this specialization is to train specialists in the organization and operation of hotel and catering facilities. The specialty program includes both traditional aspects of the provision of hotel and catering, as well as innovative approaches to meet the diverse and rapidly changing needs of tourists and travelers. This specialty also includes interdisciplinary subjects related to the promotion of tourist products, modern methods of sale activation using computer technology and the Internet, as well as in law, finance, management and interpersonal communication. Activities conducted under this specialization are based, among others, on case studies, workshops and practical training in hospitality and catering facilities. In the course of study the students practice in Poland and abroad.

Graduate is prepared to work in hospitality facilities - catering for all levels of their organization - as:
- Hotel/Catering Manager
- Head of staff
- Receptionist
- Specialist for organization special events and conferences
- Food service facility personnel.
