CHARACTERISTICS
Studies will give the students theoretical and practical knowledge on interpersonal communication, psychology, conflict and manipulation in the negotiations. Students will gain skills to apply the strategies and tactics of negotiation and mediation, which are the basis for generating different solutions, and conduct effective interviews for mutual agreement. Acquire specific knowledge of the law, necessary in the peaceful, constructive, and above all non-judicial conflict resolution, political, social, economic and family.
