CHARACTERISTICS

The aim of study is to provide a comprehensive and contemporary knowledge of human resource management. The program places special emphasis on methods and techniques for acquiring, selecting, motivating and evaluating employees. An interactive teaching, supported by case studies of Polish enterprises is aimed at basic education workshop personnel manager.

PROFESSIONAL PERSPECTIVES
As a graduate in this specialization will be prepared to work in HR departments of various companies, as well as local government units - including:
• Specialist of human resources management responsible for determining the suitability of professional staff and determine their career paths
• recruitment specialist responsible for the entire recruitment process
• training and development manager, which is responsible for organizing and conducting training.
